Booking.com reviews fiasco

Hi, I'm new to this site but think members might be interested in the Owners Forum on BdC, which is running a large amount of very angry complaints about the 'new' review system. Guests can mark separate categories on 1-10 basis, then do an overall rating and put whatever grade they fancy. Some say they've had categories marked at 9/10, then overall at a 2! We had a group of terrible young Spanish guys staying in summer, who kept neighbours up with shouting on terrace to 4am. Our property manager told them off very firmly. What did the Spanish do but give us a rating of 6, and I have no recourse to comment about THEM. It doesn't make any sense at all!
