We should be eligible for a payout under their grant scheme for cancelled bookings as we had the whole of April/May full of Air BNB bookings that have been cancelled.

They say they will be in contact, anyone heard anything yet?

Anyone been invited to apply for the hardship grant for Superhosts?

We only had 2 ABB bookings cancelled under the extenuating circumstances policy. I wasn't expecting anything although as I understand it we should be getting something back. There's no sign of it yet & I'm not holding my breath.

I"m only expecting a small amount from one cancelled booking at Easter. Nothing yet. Looking at their website they said they will start to pay out mid-April.

Yes, I received an email notification of a payment coming to me in respect of a cancelled Easter weekend booking. The payment notification is in dollars and from what I can tell is 25% of the 50% I would have received under my normal cancellation policy.

I had four relevant ones and have received payment for three of them, no explanation of what happened to the other.

Nothing from ABB
