France open to foreigh visitors from June 15th?

We've just been told this is the case - but I don't know if it's just a rumour.
Does anyone know if this is official?

So, the answer to your question is 'yes and no and maybe depending on the foreign country the visitor is coming from and the state of the epidemic here, there and elsewhere on 15th June'.
