mask at all times

A new law will come into force in Catalunya tomorrow (Thurs) requiring masks to be worn at all times both inside and out regardless of whether you have 2m distancing. This is a change from the Spanish rule that has been in place that only requires a mask outside if you can’t have proper distancing. There will be exceptions for eating, drinking and exercising, for people with breathing problems and for kids under 6. It is being backed by fines for non-compliance.
There has been some talk in the UK press about a new lockdown in Catalunya but this only refers to a fruit-picking area around Lleida. It seems that lower temperatures in the packing plants and the closeness of workers create a risky environment. Then at night they went into the town to the bars. There is also a small outbreak in the River Ebro area.
But as of tomorrow we will all (in Catalunya) have to wear a mask. It's uncomfortable in the July heat but lots of young people have been out in groups without bothering about distance or mask. So now it is obligatory in all situations.
