Hi
As many of the booking have moved to 2021 we have some large gaps in the bookings
Any ideas to keep costs to a minimum are welcome
So far I have thought
Turn off Hot tub
Turn off Pool heater
Reduce hours of Pool filter/pump
Reduce pool cleaning to once a week
Reduce Gardener to once a month
Turn of fridge / freezer
Any other ideas ?
Many thanks
Larry

Do you have an electric water heater? If so unplug it. I'm lucky with two apartments, one flick of a switch in each and nothing is on

Turn off TVs etc. instead of leaving them in standby.

Be careful reducing pool pump hours when the pool temp is above 20° or you could have an algae bloom. You’ll have to keep the chemistry correct even though it’s not in use until you close it for the winter.

We asked our internet provider to turn off the internet but keep everything in place in return for paying a small monthly fee. They have been able to switch it back on instantly when we then got a booking.

Great ideas - thank you
