Which photos to choose for a listing site ad

Say you only can have 3 photos on any given site (VRBO). Do you sell the property, the area or the beach?? its hard for us as all are a selling point?? 3 is just not enough but the cost for more is to much.

I pay for more, because it's worth it. You're right, three is not enough. But most people only use three. So by paying for 5, you are giving yourself a big advantage over the competition. I think on vrbo it's under $20 for each extra pic? Pretty good value I think.

But if you do stick to three, I would use one internal, one for either an external or the view, and the third either another internal or the beach.

IMHO, you're selling the property.

Definitely one of the property, one of the lounge and one of the best bedroom. If you have a fantastic view, then I'd replace either the lounge or the bedroom one with the view.
