MPLC licence?

I've just had a letter from MPLC (Motion Picture Licensing Company) saying that I require a licence.
They say they have contacted me before about this which is not actually true, this is the first contact I've ever had from them (just noticed the address is completely wrong so probably any previous letters never even found me!).
Is this actually required? I can't find anything online that's specific to holiday cottages. There is just a TV in the living room with basic freeview channels and a couple of radios. The letter they sent doesn't make it clear either, it refers to charges for guest bedrooms, but the bedrooms don't have TVs. Visit Britain only mentions DVDs or streaming service requiring a licence.
Can anyone help me with info on this?
Thanks.
