Reciprocal links - do they work?

I usually avoid Flash sites like the plague but this is a very slick site indeed. I like the retro colours and the nav on the right (not that it matters because the site sits above the fold at all times)

I've just added it to del.icio.us and will most probably feature it on my blog, when we clear the current backlog.

And let's not talk about Page Rank; on Friday our main rentals site achieved a dizzying Google PR of 2 and the Sales site finally got out of the sandbox with a stunning PR of 1 - needless to say, back to 1 and 0 respectively today!!!!
