THanks Elaine, very useful website. I've been trying to sort the photos out on the website but it's not working at the mo!!

We've just got our 3rd potential booking, so we're happy!!

Shouldn't prospective renters get sight of the T&C before they send a deposit? There might be something they're not happy with? I always send mine with the Booking Form so they can see what they're getting into........ :shock:

And Michelle don't worry! You know more about renting out than most people who will be renting your villa - just remember they're scared of doing/saying the wrong thing with you too in case they lose their chance of your property! They're all just normal human beings - well most of them are anyway! :roll:
