Just taking a look at Homelidays site with a few to taking up their free trial offer....and I noticed this bit under their 'charter';

3. Guarantee that you are advertising a quality product and offer assistance in case the renter encounters any problems during his stay
You must make sure, that during his stay, the renter has peaceful use of the accommodation and offer assistance during his stay. The renter must not be troubled by appliances being out of order or by the neighbourhood

Does this mean that if the council decide to do repair work & cause a disturbance I would be held liable or if my neighbour was noisy? :?

On the paid side of things Homelidays is way out front this year, and it just piped HR last year. On the free site's we occasionally get a booking, but not often, I tend to work on the " If you don't try it, you wont know" kind of theory.
And, if it's not broken don't try to fix it. I'm not trying to sell anything but I suspect that HR is good foundation for all.

Hi Meiska... :)

I havent been with Holiday Lettings long and been with OD from the beginning...
So maybe its too early to judge but OD has always been very consistent for me and reasonable...
I also think theyve got an offer on at the moment...... :wink:
