I agree HolidayLettings - CostaHolidays looks horrible as a site - I certainly wouldn't use them to rent a property.

From the American perspective it has to be VRBO. I dont seem to come across costaholidays or rentinspain in my searches. Latelets is one that greatly interests me. I've not listed with them but they seem to have a strong position in google. I really wish they had a free trial.

Hi Astra :) ...
Its Rentinspain.co.uk but as the name suggests its for Spanish properties ...
Its the first one I ever advertised on and I must say I was VERY pleased with the results also Phil[who runs it] is one of the best...VERY helpful in every way.
Its gone a bit quiet at the moment though but theres such a lot of competition its not surprising  .

ps
I think this voting is meant to be aimed at the Spanish Rentals....
Its got a bit confusing as Mario originally had Spanish in the title and this is the follow on to that....Thats probably why you hadnt heard of all of the sites...
mind you I hadnt heard of latelets either?.....
anybody know about them??

Hi Ros :D Do Spanish and other European rentals tend to market only to other European countries? I expect so then. I looked at RentinSpain, lovely properties on there indeed. VRBO seems such a strong site in general.. quick check of stats shows 94 hits on my Scottish property since January 12th. No bookings though.. I think lots of people are researching and window shopping right now.
