I am dependent on VOIP
Run www.sipgate.co.uk with a normal ex BT handsfree with adaptor and the quality is good although the charges are higher than some of the competitors.

This will be the next development once the Telcos have there ducks in a row re charging I suspect, vested interest is to great at the moment for obvious reasons.
