Swimming at nighttime in pools

This isn't for our pool with our property, our rules are much like Ros's because yes we are on a community and most of the communites in Spain with pools shut at night

Its for another property I manage where the guests jump over the small wall in the night and go swimming, the community where she is has threatened to put a 6 foot wall around this terrace of hers if they carry on doing it. I need to put somwthing in the contract and just wanted to be sure of my facts before I put something like its dangerous to swim when the chemicals are being put in as this looks now that that isn't true!
