I don't have an actualy "booking form" - I just put the number of guests (adults and children), and the dates and amount due, etc. and add them to the top of my T&C's and have them sign and return the one doc. - don't really know what else I would need to asak so far, all have paid by credit card, so I have their full name and address, etc. anyway....I guess time and experience will tell if I need to be asking for more info. Wow! Is that the Sunday Times one tp? Mine is going in this Sunday so I'm hoping for some bookings too!
Anyway on my booking form I ask for lead name, address, home telephone, work telephone, e-mail address, mobile, and I suggest if they're taking their mobile with them that they check with their provider that they have international roaming. Then I have two little boxes with the arrival date and departure date for them to fill in and in brackets after the first one it says after 4 p.m., and after the departure one it says before 10 a.m. (worth putting this bit in I think so that they can't miss it).
Then I ask the names of all guests, and again in brackets (insert ages if under 21) and then I have spaces for exactly the amount of people that the house will hold and no more! Underneath that there is a statement that says. "I have read and agree to the attached terms and conditions" and then a box for them to sign in and the date and that's it. That's what I've been using for the last 12 months or so and it's worked fine..... so far!
It'll be interesting to see what other people come up with.

Very!! and a BIT scary!
but i think I've got more of less everything in place that I can. Management and cleaning are sorted, and I'm fairly confident that I've got everything I need to provide, with the exception of some more glasses, which I'll get over there in Sept.
She knows the pool isn't likely to be ready, but it would probably be too chilly in November anyway. I REALLY want to try and get the other owners to agree to heat the pool to extend the season, but suspect I'm going to have an uphill struggle.
