in one of my recent past posts... which I cant find and I would love someone to point me to it[even GG who is the postfinder general hasnt had any luck]
I mentioned sending a card and a small chq to some guests son who were staying in our house next door when we were there and the fact I was a bit miffed that I hadnt had an acknowledgement...Well I received this lovely email yesterday and a phone call which was nice ....

Hi Ros, I got the deposit returned yesterday,[10th august].Thanks,also
Gavins card and cheque,that was very kind of you both,he was so chuffed.We
tried to phone you but you were not in.Will ring later
We had such a super holiday and I am
sure that you will see us all again if you will have us.We have also
recommended your houses to people at Stevens work.

Which means that the letter took 10 days to get there[Gavins birthday was on the 31st July] [and I feel a bit embarrased that Id moaned about the fact I hadnt had an acknowledgement...]
But it is nice to get some nice feedback isnt it

Well firstly you forgot you were dealing with me and Im a Muppet and secondly you read tooo fast
..I put my bit then thought of Buxxer I havent got the email bit here went off to paste and copy it on the edit bit and before I had a chance to....
you read my post which made no sense at all[much as most of my posts really..so Im surprised youre confused aint that normal when reading my squit ]

I put in 'card' and 'son' into the search thingy and put Big Sis into the posters name bit and got nothing, then realised that Ros actually has her name as 'Big Sis..', went back, put the two dots in and hey presto
