I had a boss once who did just that. Secretary printed out emails, he scribbled his reply, she emailed the answer back and then that was printed out and filede-richard wrote:One of her junior staff woudl then print out the email, the boss lady would write her answer on a printout of the email and fax it back to me - sigh!
Also similar to people who ring to say "I've just sent you an email" - why do that??????
