Opps my post doesn't seem clear alifrank, I am looking for similiar cover to what we have here in the UK for applicances, the damaged ones were at our rental property.

The guests contributed to repair the damage they had done to the rental applicances.

That must be rare - the only damage guests are usually willing to own up to is the odd broken glass!!
