Oh I forgot to mention that our guest has made payment direct from her HSBC account into our Lloyd's account via the internet. I've been informed that it can take up to 4 working days before it shows in our account :( ,by which time she will be well into her holiday. Oh well never mind I suppose you have to have a little trust some of the time.

Angie,
one more query regarding the villarenters website. If I am directing our own bookings to the payment area,(late bookings) how do I change the figures to the full amount required, as it only requests the 25% deposit.

You have to request payment. I wait until "post-occupation" to avoid being charged for "early payments".

Late bookings... the client is asked for the whole amount by the system.
