I gave up on Outlook, simply because of my job, which involves working in several different places each week. I can't use my own laptop, as all connections are wired, and highly secured . Gmail and Google Calendar solved that, but I don't think I can drag an email into the calendar.

You're very welcome. I should set up an "Outlook" thread - and givea tip every now and then. Next time... "Rules & Alerts" lol Moderators? What do you think?

HelenB - yes, that is the only thing with Outlook - is when you are using more than one PC or laptop. I only use it on my main PC... and use webmail for all other PCs... ready to upload the ueful stuff when I'm back at my desk. I think someone else mentioned in this thread that they do that too.
