Any enquiries or bookings from that source Margaret? I'm remembering your earlier comments, but maybe the local press is different because people warm to you as having come from their neck of the woods!

Absolutely zero enquiries and bookings. It's pure ego tripping!

No, just various people (including guests already booked) have mentioned seeing it. As far as I remember, you don't automatically get a copy but it must still have huge numbers of readers.
We reckon it can't possily do any harm, gives us much wider publicity, and for the area, and the effect sometimes comes through much later.
I have learned not to expect the emails and phone calls to go mad as a result!

The in-flight mag on Ryanair is offered to all passengers, albeit in a rather speedy way - you've said 'yes please' and they're already out of earshot!

We came back on Astraeus (sp?) at the weekend from Geneva, and their inflight rag was very readable - mainly cover-to-cover on buying property in the Cape Verde islands (nice airline as well - plenty of legroom, cooked breakfast, free booze....).

Anyone thought about Cape Verde?

Isn't it weird how things happen? It seems today one national newspaper has featured our place. Let's see who'll be the first of you to notice it?

Actually can anyone make out what "beguiling mix of fashion-mag camp and trad Maltese styling" means?

Congrats LV!

and well done Aldo!
That photo really gets across a sense of your place....put a model in there lounging across the bed in Christian Lacroix and you could have a Vogue fashion feature...in fact - there's an idea...they're always looking for fashion shoots.

Aldo

It's so well deserved, not only is your property magical, so too are your photos of it.

La Vache, do you intend doing the whole Romeo & Juliet balcony scene then? Who's the lucky one?
