They were totally wrong with not answering you..
but then again you had a lucky escape, as would you really want to go somewhere where they treat their customers[or potential customers so ignorantly..] :D

I meant the question for the people who don't reply! :D You are quite right about not going to places who treat potential guests like that.

I generally give places another 24 hrs after the first response has come back when I'm booking. But thats because it doesn't make sense to me to book just cos its the first one to reply.

So if I email at 1pm and get a reply at 2pm, I will wait until 2/3pm (at least) the following day before responding.

I do get peeved when places dont' respond or take ages to respond.
