I found the position of the thumbnails confusing in relation to the more detailed text beside. By the time you get down to the 3rd property you have to scroll back up to find the picture.

I would move all 3 thumbnails up and put them side by side across the top. You could also then add an introductory sentence or two, which I found was missing and maybe include some information which is common to all. I think going straight in to the 1st of 3 properties does not give an overview - you have to get down to the third before you know what choice you are being offered.

What a lovely location & cottages.
Website is very good - just a couple of points. I found the text difficult to read, too small and the pale grey on the white - maybe I'm just getting old! There seem to be a lot of photos of Kirkland cottage, not many of the others yet (interior?)so a lot of the photos on the gallery on the cottages are blank.
On all pages except the prices Kirkland is first, so I'd put Kirkland first on this page too.
Good luck with the lettings!

Also two of the properties are being done up so we can`t take the interior shots yet.

This is a well presented site, well written with great photos and information. I particularly liked the section on the surrounding area with all the links to places to go and things to do. This is so important for visitors who have never been to the area before and one part that many web sites miss out.

One structural comment - when I went into the home page it felt like I'd come further into the site, so much so that I clicked on Home again. I wonder if you should have a Home page that introduces the fact you have several properties, describes the area briefly and explains why people should visit. Then take people to the properties themselves. To me that would be more aesthetically pleasing.

Good luck with your rentals.

It still doesn't work for me. Too much introductory text about the area. Then you summarise the properties with their locations only. The thumnails are again talking about locations and numbers it sleeps, nothing more about the properties.

Sorry, purely my personal opinion, but I am less attracted by this version than by the first!

I personally like the structural changes but agree with Margaret about the thumbnails. Perhaps your brief cottage descriptions could offer a more ambient description.
