We brought egg cups with us from the UK to put in our rental apartment. Now my poor mum realises she didn't bring hers, and we are having a devil of a job finding them down here in Puglia. Anyone else from Italy know where to go to get some?

Oh dear, almost impossible to find. I managed to find them in a mail order catalogue
but can't remember which - should I find any I'll let you know
It seems the Italians don't eat boiled eggs (my family certainly doesn't!) but eggs cooked in various other ways.

I noticed egg cups in Ikea when I went a few weeks ago, do you have one near you?

I've learned that replacing mastic makes a huge difference!

Yes, and cleaning the grout. The thing I noticed about the bathroom at the hotel I stayed in recently was the black around the tiles. A quick spray of Starwax anti moississures works a treat:)

I got my egg cups in Ikea in Turin along with all the rest of my kitchen equipment, so you should be OK.
