About non-internet marketing

Once upon a time, non-internet marketing was all there was.

Does it still work? Is it cost-effective to pay for a listing in a brochure or a classified ad and hope the right people stumble across it?

The internet has revolutionised the way we get bookings, not least in the amount we have to pay for each enquiry. My marketing budget is a fraction of what it would have been six or seven years ago. But perhaps for some properties, and some target markets, the printed word is still the best way to go.

What do you think?
