I had a booking from Ireland yesterday. they enquired in the morning, and booked last night. I did wish them a Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Good to know Ryanair are performing well for you.

I had an enquiry (what's that please :D ) from Ireland too yesterday morning via HR but she replied in the evening, thanks but no thanks

Only the second person in 2 and a half years of renting that bothered to say, sorry no thanks.

I have just had a disappointed person on my phone. They tried to book the apartment last night, but the booking failed. Looks like they were pipped to the post by our Irish guests.

All those bookings must have something to do with the region your Rentals are in.....
Mine is in the Rabat Area in Morocco, and this might be a part of the problem as Rabat is not yet internationally on the maps as a tourist attraction.......
Maybe times will change after the modernisation.........

John

I know a lot of German visitors from Spain spend a few nights over in Morocco during their stay.

Are you listed on the German free site www.ferienhausmiete.de?

This brings us quite a few bookings so may be worth your while registering with them.

Enquiries to Rentals

Post by ScooterJuly »

Hi

For our bed and breakfast I would say approximatley one quarter to one third turn into bookings.

For the two apartments two thirds turn into actual bookings.

Hope that helps.
