I am with Iowners for a few years and paid for SEO, no adds and stats. I found it brought a lot of enquires and some bookings last year. This year is poorer but I probably need to update my pages more often. SEO did help. The stats are misleading as I get lots of hits but very few are traceable so it is not very helpful.
