Lisac.... I've just read the thread all the way through... I'm slightly disappointed I didn't lock horns with this Chester character... I think he came over as rude, arrogant and a complete bully... if he was the last web site in the rental business I wouldn't advertise with him .

I agree sometimes the forum needs to be easier with folk... but we all need to be thick skinned in this business and have the ability to bounce.... but don't be put off from posting.

But Chester, if you are reading this please appreciate that there are quite a few bright people on here who actually know what they are doing... I don't think your comments were at all necessary - maybe impatience on your part as you felt you weren't being understood, but you did not set your stall out at all well for any of us to grasp exactly what you were offering... all smoke & mirrors.

Has to be worth it....

Nice doggie incidentally; looks as though he might keep you busy - how old?

MG - how about this tact

Dear Chester,

We have time to reflect, as I am a complete moron I think you are absolutely correct and your website will outstrip anything to include Holiday-rentals.co.uk or the other established rental sites consistently achieve for us owners.

I will therefore cancel all my other advertisements with immediate effect, let you do a 3D photo & film of the place for 75 euros (or £'s) and will pay you 15% of everything you send to me and consequently just sit and do nothing at all as you are obviously so talented and adept in this business. I presume you arrange all the changeovers and staffing in this 15%?

I look forward to establishing a mutually beneficial working relationship.

Or should it be a bit more to the point? a one liner?

Spin on this...

Mmm, she's gorgeous.

It's interesting with dogs and wine; ours is nuts for a good Swiss white, won't touch much else, including red, but although we tried him with a mini-dish beside his evening meal he ignored it.

He's allowed ten fingers, which means we have to dip each finger in turn into a wine glass, and then he licks each one thoroughly.

Um, where were we? Wingading.

The WC has obviously given his web people a boot, and they've run the site through a spell check, but they haven't realised it won't pick up hononyms (sp?), so some good howlers.

If they'd polish that up, and think through what they mean by their commission rate, it could be worth listing.

Bit of a teethgnasher for them that this LMH discussion is #6 and #7 on Google for their name....

Laughing Laughing Laughing . OUrs gets twenty if she is lucky , ten from each, but she prefers red. Thinks it's her birthday when it gets knocked over, but her ears flop when she has too much.

Um, it's not the doggie wine preferences thing, but you don't think this thread ought to go Members Only?

What is the canine preference gene between white, red or whatever? How do they get it? Our mutt is going to have to stick with a Premier Grand Cru Classé St Emilion for a few weeks after we get back..... Laughing...seems to be the thing around here....that's if we can get it on the 'plane.

Hello everybody. Now the holidays are nearly over one would like to bring everybody up to speed on where we are.

We will by the end of the first week of September be adding approx 1900-2200 properties that we have signed over the last period. The properties need to be integrated using a smart API which is under develoment right now.

Current growth will exceed (my educated guess) 4000+ by December as we are actively recruiting Regional Managers in most regions of France. We will be expanding this Worldwide (recruiting) for the next three to four months. If anybody is interested in a regular income drop me a line, there is endless work for everybody with unique revenues. Please email me for these details or call me on +44 203 287 1663 and I will be more than happy to discuss this.

There has been alot of negative posts here people and I can understand why. The proof is in the pudding as they say and we are well underway baking guys.

As you can imagine we are now snowed under for September with orders for Virtual Tours but the lifetime fee offer of £75 is available until the end of this month.

OK, fireaway with any questions you have by email please.

Chester
