We have four days free next week in our house and three days in August in our one bed apartment. I wasn't going to bother to advertise them but decided last week to put them up as late availability special offers. I have had four enquiries for the house (resulting in a booking) and three enquiries for the apartment (with a booking pending), which have all come in within the past few days :)

Holiday Lets Net - they allow you to post late availability dates free, unlike most of the others that charge. The other pending enquiry has booked as well!

And just the sort of booking I like - enquired yesterday, I sent details and booking form which was returned last night and paid in full by Paypal this morning :D
