I Thought id posted this back in January. The booking came and went with no sightings of the dog. The customers left and the house seemed all ok. A few weeks later another customer stayed and everything seemed fine until they left and I found they had left the cat bed behind. :evil:

Just had a complaint off a customer because the birds sit on the window sills early in the morning, am I really supposed to take this seriously we are in rural Wales ! :lol: :lol:

Thanks for all your comments. LOL, she actually did say its a real small well behaved dog a .......Lurcher ! And I was thinking OH so no fleas or pet hair/dander then ! Only been letting since June massive learning curve. :shock:

its really caused me no end of stress at such a stressful time already. TBH the amount I will make over this period what with all the overhead costs etc, heating on full time etc, if I need to deep clean I will seriously be out of pocket. My real worry is if the dog is sneaked in !

Just wondering if anyone can please suggest some insurance companies for a holiday let? The one we currently have seem to be adding more and more clauses and increasing the premium cost.
