I get a lot of stuff left behind, so I always ask for them to send me an appropriate stamped addressed jiffy bag. It puts the onus on them and anybody that really wants there stuff back will send one. Its amazing the number of people that never bother and so their stuff goes to the charity shop.

Since setting up a website 90% of my bookings come over the internet/e-mails which saves me a fortune on advertising. However it is terribly easy to misinterpret e-mails. One I had on Friday was and I quote: "Is this still available? And if so what is the cost and can I provisionally book it?&q...
