I was looking to book something cheap for me as I have to fly into the UK the day before meeting family for a week. Gave up in the end and booked Premier Inn instead. Don't think I will bother with them.

The place I was interested in never got back to me anyway.

Bit off-topic but for those of you that do use airbnb how easy did you find it to upload your ID information. I have spent the last hour trying and it constantly asks me to re-do. I can't help it if my ID photo is a few years old so I look a bit different now. I've tried both ID Card and Photo Drivi...

Absolutely - first question asked whenever guests arrive - "what is the wi-fi key?". I think people expect it these days.

Would it be better to go on commission?
What are the differences now?

I am still on subscription. Commission would have cost me much more this year.

I have just had a rethink on what I said earlier. We have two apartments on site, one 1 bedroom one and 1 two bedroom one. For this summer the 1 bedroom one has been half the price of the other, and has had 10 weeks booked. The larger one only 3.5 weeks - albeit we also had some weeks occupied by no...

Re: 2018 prices, what are your thoughts?

I am getting round to thinking about setting prices for 2018. Do we increase our prices or keep them as is? Also, as we are in France the fall in sterling means earnings are taking a bashing but with most of our bookings coming from the UK I am a bit reluctant to price in euros in case we put peopl...

Yes indeed. ALL guests whether paying guests, friends and/or family must be registered. To do this you will have to contact your local Commissariato di P.S who will give you the details of how to register online for this. BTW this registration also applies to any guests you welcome to your own pers...

Is this product any good for outdoor use. Our poolside tiles are very slippy when wet. If we can get a product that would solve this it would save having to take them all up and retile.

"The shower cabin is the biggest pain in the arse as it has black plastic wall on 2 sides which show every mark" Try investing in a Karcher window vac for shower screens and smooth walls. They really are the biz for this kind of thing. Saves so much time! The shower screens are my biggest...

The Nurelle looks interesting but I hate the idea of killing all insects . How often do you have to use it Olive Grove?
We have only just started using it. I will have a look on the bottle to see if there are any recommendations.

We have bought a product from Viridia called Nurelle 56 E.C. which is very good. We use it on our balconies and outside terraces. No idea if it is available outside Italy.

It is available on Amazon.it but couldn't find it on co.uk
