Everyone I employ is a contractor so not on "pay roll". I do my own accounts and use an accountant (Harding Tax) to submit it to the IRS.

I kind of hung out for a good 2 week booking incorporating Christmas and New Year. However I would have gone for one week doing Christmas, leaving New Year free for someone else.
