Same thing happened to me on friday when I tried to re-activate a lapsed listing using the discount code. Still not had a reply from OD after reporting the issue - I suspect they won't respond until the 40% offer expires. Looks like it is a dirty trick of them, they are wrong in charging VAT anyway...
