Booked solid over easter, all 3 or 4 night bookings. think it was because the weather was so good and a lot of people from Madrid fancied a few nights at the coast. Also just had 5 rooms in for 4 nights but now nothing until mid May. Already 3 bookings for Mid July when we have our moors and christi...

Slightly different for me as I own a guesthouse with 5 letting rooms. However, I can tell you that even a small group can cause mayhem. Having just had 4 spanish guys in (only 3 had booked and the other one seemed to think that if he pulled his hoodie over his head I wouldnt see him - what age? 26!)...

I have now had another email from them...see below! I had heard this type of email was doing the rounds. Please watch out for anything similar....

Also in spain we have a filter on each tap and in the shower heads and when this gets clogged with sediment the pressure drops. Unscrew filter, clean with a little bru...

We also have a bnb for sale in valencia region, spain. Not because it is a failing business, on the contrary, but with ailing parents in the UK we are spending more time there. I love this business and really dont want to give it up but we hope to sell, regroup and in the future do the same again.
