registered with them yesterday and had very friendly and courteous chat with Sarah, very helpful. as others have said, i like the 'direct' in their url, and hope they stick with that and buck the trend of the other mainstream players :( i know there's lots on here who would more than welcome that :)...

We lost a FK booking because the quote was in $ even though we sent it in £. Any way around this? yes, i noticed that too, you state GBP then it quotes USD to the guests, who, in my case, are from Derby lol had a quick look and can't see any way to change it, i'm rapidly coming to the conclusion th...

I've never replied through FK. I just copy the address and then use my own business e-mail. you can't do that with the new commission based listing as they use their own internal messaging system. furthermore, when you come to set up a payment request, they require you to specify the guest's email ...
