Read this before 'Liking' FB pages

Hi there, good morning... I open this topic as a warning to all other LHMers, with reference to this thread: Post your Facebook pages to be 'Liked' Yesterday (after a certain inactivity on this forum, I confess) I realized that some new entries were queued, so I was indulging in Liking a number of p...

Something similar has happened to me, recently. The email message looked genuine (and actually it was) but I couldn't find any reference in my dashboard. Panic, for the fear that a missed answer could worsen my response rate. I finally realized I was logging to a wrong account. In a nutshell, TripAd...

Minimum lenght for a pool

Forgive me for this unorthodox question, but I cannot find anyone who can answer me, all the vendors start from an opposite approach. And to be honest, the question is not about a swimming pool for guests, but one for personal use, that's me and my wife. We are not swimming aficionados, we like just...

Oh, it was so obvious... that I couldn't see it! The point is, this is a Booking guest, and check-ins on Booking are actually after 4 PM. The other one is an Airbnb guest, whose check-in is flexible (mid-morning, in this case) but obviously the first guest cannot be aware of this. My fault. I...

Check-out time. Who does not understand who?

I have many doubts about my English, maybe I write in a little understandable way. It could be. Can you help me figure out where I'm doing wrong? Our return flight has been changed and is now at 21.45 on 12th June, so if the apartment was available until 18.00 approx, we would like to have a late ch...

Your reply is shaped on logic and wisdom Casscat , but it opens more questions than it solves. Should I therefore use Victoria or Queensland, instead of Australia? Or Maine or California instead of USA? You're right, for the purposes of the agreement it's not capital to be so detailed. To tell the t...

Geopolitics and rental inquiries

I had a curious thought while evaluating this inquiry from Belfast. Not part of the fundamentals of life I suppose, yet I began to think seriously about it. What is Belfast, Northern Ireland, Ulster or UK? Yes I know, it's UK, but I'm saying from the POV of guest's desideratum. It happens that I hav...

Don't know for sure, I'm a newbie with them, but as a matter of fact there was not such an option in the wizard.

Yes donnylu, I considered SumUp too, but I didn't choose them because it's a service dedicated solely to business owners, not to private citizens.

We are now on Booking.com and has thus become imperative to accept credit cards on the spot, since their guests pay on arrival. So far it seemed impossible to deal with credit cards between privates here in Italy (our activity being not entrepreneurial) but now Payleven has filled this gap. I did ev...

Hip, Hip, Hooray! :P :P :P Resolved! Now I have my very first custom tab on FB. It's called "Calendar and Rates" and shows my availability calendar in real-time with my website. Wow! For those hardcoders here it may seem a trifle, but it took me two days and let me tell you, happiness wil...

Thank you for your suggestion. But now I'm thinking it has to do with the .htaccess on my website. So wretched the life for the self-taught :(
