Please has anyone come across 3rd Home? They seem genuine and, ignoring the high initial charges which they are waiving at the moment, a good way of enjoying a different location in a property of similar quality at a very low cost.

Many thanks- further research revealed that v.v. few listings had prices for or bookings in 2016 and, particularly in Italy, ALL the properties I looked at (in many different regions and sizes) were owned by the same person! The callers did have anglosaxon names and heavy indian accents I declined.
