I am planning to build a website for my Spanish home and thanks to you guys think PMP sounds the site to go with.

When we initially looked into registering our holiday home in Malaga amongst the long list of requirements was disabled access. Has anyone successfully registered with disabled access? As our home is up a flight of steps in the heart of a pueblo so in my view will never be accessible.

I was thinking of changing to ivory coloured bed linen from Out of Eden, because it fits in with the bedroom colour scheme. But is it better to stick with white, there must be a reason why hotels always have white

My question is do those of you who own more than one holiday let run them as a business or just as individual properties that you own personally?

My question to you guys in the know is which rental listing site should I go with? Is it best to DIY and advertise with OD or HL or pay a premium and advertise with say Holiday Cottages or Norfolk cottages?

Following the new rental regulations in Andalucia we will now need to install hot/cold airconditioning units to our home to be compliant.
We are in Benahavis, so would appreciate it if anyone can recommend a particular brand or installer?
