Dog friendly gite for 1week june around perpignan for 2

Hi,
We are searching for a small gite for a week in June this year for hubby and I to get away, even searchs specifying dog friendly keep turning up places that when we enquire refuse to take pets, so thought I'd ask here....... We do have 2 dogs, but they are well behaved....we want some walking, not to far from the sea and a village? Maybe we are asking too much?

I know the problem well!
We solved it last year through Gites de France (Herault), where I found a super well-priced dog-friendly gite on a vineyard near Pezenas. Caring French dog owners expect to take their dogs on hols, so lots of gites do accept them.

Shame our new place won't be ready this year (long story ) - it will be just what you're looking for: in village of Villelongue dels Monts with good walking, 15 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from Spain, and set up for couples ....
