Well I haven't received an email so far. I have found a problem with my Homeaway account though, so perhaps he is genuine, but I was also a bit suspicious of the El Salvador phone number and the dates they were enquiring about.

Well my renter paid today by Paypal - I forgot that they take a % - will have to remember that in future.

Weirdly my parents were in the local bar & they walked in - so I am fairly happy they are genuine!

Hopefully this is the first of many.
