It will be very interesting to see what happens when they finally approve the regulations. Certainly on the occasions when we visit the tourism office in Malaga to enquire what is going on, they don´t look like an outfit geared up for an onslaught of applications. We wait and see and in the meantime the number of rental properties in the city continues to rise.
