Visit England Accessibility guides

Post by Jonathan »

We pay over £300 pa to be members of the Visit England scheme, since the AA took over from QIT the service has been reduced and the price has gone up. They now want £300 pa for their new accessibility web site, which has been free in the past. Since most of our bookings now come via Airbnb or directly, we see little point in continuing with them.

Any views, thanks, Jonathan

You could always join AA's self catering scheme which is cheaper and gets you listed on Rated Trips. Won't help you with the accessibility website, but does it actually get much traffic?

I doubt it. Most of our trade is now through Airbnb, so I think I will give up on AA/Visit England.
