Subject line on e-mails

Not sure if this is the correct place for this or if it should be in the building from scratch topics.

Does anyone know how I get the subject line to auto fill i.e. saying something like 'enquiry from myownsite.com' when someone sends and e-mail from my site?

Hi Marion,

You can do that in the html of the page. For instance, in the Lay My Hat newsletter if you click on a 'subscribe' link it opens an email with the subject line "Sign me up to the Lay My Hat newsletter". This is the code for that:
