Has anyone come across Raven Morrison?

I recently had an enquiry from someone whose name appears to be Raven Morrison, but the VRBO name attached is Normen Glimberg, and the email address is vnivacations.com.

The message on the email was

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE AVAILABILITY. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO BOOK.

Now I am not deaf or blind, so I didnt appreciate being "shouted" at, but the baldness of the message and the fact that it originated from another holiday company and the evident mismatch in names sent alarm bells ringing in my head.

When I Googled vnivacations, I found several very disgruntled people who had paid them money for ficticious holidays....

Anybody else come across either Raven Morrison or Normen Glimberg??
