Post scam emails to warn other rental owners, or if you are not sure if an enquiry is genuine, put it up here and see what others think.

Questions:
Hello,
I am interested in the property, Let me know if the

property is available or not and don't forget to include the

prices if the property is available.

Also the locational advantage of the area looks interesting

and convenient If available, please get back to me with pics if

any, also I will love to know how much i need to pay upfront.

Also in your reply,i will be so glad to know the address where

the property is located and also if their is any pics of the

property,i won't mind seeing it.the payment arrangement ill be

made via Cheque by one of my business associate in your

country.

Let me know if this is also acceptable for payment.
I would be waiting to read from you
Best Regards,

I know its rubbish just wondering what anyone makes from it?
