There isn't much a listing site can do about the enquiries you get. If you put an ad in the paper and got a nuisance call would you complain to the paper?

Alex, if you rarely get this kind of scam, you are very fortunate. I am sure many of us would like to know the secret of your success.

I get several of this type of thing every month. Don't waste your time, hit delete and move on.
Some guests just need a sympathetic pat. On the head. With a hammer.

they might use/ or sell your information to send you spam emails, annoying solicitation or sales calls, or anything you can imagine.

They might also use this info as a start and try to get more information out of you that may end up having your bank account hacked or stuff like that.
