So does anyone know of a dial up, pay as you go type ISP which has no minimum use in the terms and conditions or at least gives you more than 3 months inactivity?

My Grandpairents holiday home in Cornwall has dial up internet with wanadoo but hardly anyone uses it. This means it goes for more than 60 days without use and then our account is canceled. And you can guess who gets called upon to set another one up again!
So does anyone know of a dial up, pay as you go type ISP which has no minimum use in the terms and conditions or at least gives you more than 3 months inactivity?
