I need to change the tired, electric convector heaters in my apartment. Because the heat is more directional, I'd like to use what the french call panneaux rayonnant, which are also electric.
Problem is that I'm told that these may not work at altitude, but the shop assistants couldn't tell me what was alitude - my apartment isn't that high - about 1150m. Also, it seems to me that a change in air pressure from say 1030 to 950 would have a much more dramatic effect than a few hundred metres of altitude.
Does anyone use panneaux rayonnant and do they work at your altitude?
Thanks in advance and sorry for the boring topic.
