As a single letting property owner on our own house land, what paperwork would you advise we use with potential users of the property? I want to keep it simple but don't want to miss anything crucial!

Whether you have a single property or 10, I suspect the paperwork needed is the same. Make life easier for us, tell us what you plan to provide/produce and we can see if there's anything missing. :wink:
