Just checked Hive and all rentals have heating on schedule.
Unheard of in July.

Apex Blue I can't help but think it is better not knowing - I keep checking the settings in the early hours and turning the heating down from 25 degs. It's my guilty secret - can't help myself!

Waterwitch know what you mean.
Just changed one from manual to schedule.

We are getting all giddy because there is a small possibility we will have a thunderstorm on Saturday
Bring it on!

We have Swedish guests in at the moment - hoping they will be used to cooler weather!

I succumbed and switched ours back on last night, as we were all freezing. As I'd already put a cardigan on I felt justified. The radiators became mildly warm for about an hour then switched back off again. The same this morning. I switched it off when I got out of bed as it was sunny, but back to heavy showers this afternoon.

Same here. Fingers crossed for a downpour

It started to rain here a couple of hours ago.
Never thought I'd be so happy to see the wet stuff.

Turned our Aga back on a couple of days ago
I've also noticed the ground source heat pumps for the rentals running quite a bit, and the rentals are really well insulated.

I commented the other day that folk in the UK would be having a miserable holiday due to the weather. It makes people more picky and likely to find fault if they are cooped up inside.
